Personal yoga class
M. A. I. Yoga or I Love Myself Yoga is a class to create inner peace. It is a workout based on the vinyasa yoga style and is characterized by a continuous flow of movement from one asana to another, developing muscle endurance, flexibility, and balance. The class is characterized by conscious sea noise called ujjayi breathing. In the first half of M. A. I. yoga, we move in the yang energy and raise the pulse, but in the second half, we stretch in the yin energy, then always end with a short meditation.
During a private class, I will review all your concerns and issues before putting together your personal yoga plan that you can continue to practice successfully at home.
Who is Mai? I have been competitive ballroom dancer for more than 10 years, completing numerous yoga trainings both in Estonia and abroad. I am an Estonian nature therapist, and I have an international yoga teacher’s certificate (RYT200). You can find my profile HERE.
